COVID-19 Policy Updates
As a doctor and business owner, the health and safety of our patients and staff is my number one priority. I am paying close attention to advice and directives from the CDC, the Georgia Department of Health and the Federal Government for updates.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Face Masks are optional for fully vaccinated patients. If you're not fully vaccinated, face mask are required. In providing a sustainable and healthy practice environment for patients and staff, Laser Med Skin & Vein Clinic staff will continue to wear face masks and shields during treatments and procedures.
If you haven't signed a COVID-19 Liability Consent Form, a staff member will go over the document and have patient signature completed at check in.
Your well-being is our number one priority. These steps along with your personal commitment will help us all play our part in keeping our community safe and our businesses open. Rest assured that we are continuously monitoring, reviewing and improving our responses to the guidelines established by the CDC, Dept. of Health, and other governmental agencies.
